* Austinmer Beroccas have pulled out of the Pre-Season Cup and if your club would like to take their place please contact President - Andrew Byron on 0400 101 393 to take this spot.Team has been fined and further action regarding future tournaments will be taken into consideration.

Coasters FC are the reigning Pre-Season Champions from 2009.

TEAMS PLEASE NOTE : Terry Reserve ALBION PARK are  LICENSED GROUNDS - ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL is to be brought into or around the grounds. The area is also a designated NO SMOKING AREA within the confines of the Football precinct.

ALBION PARK WHITE EAGLES will have FULL CANTEEN'S IN OPPERATION and as part of their sponsorship we the IAFA encourage our players and their families and friends to use it where and when you can.

Also a reminder to ALL TEAMS that there are change room facilities on site and we will not accept players changing in their privates outside of the designated change rooms.

* Drawn from the hat out of 7 Runner Ups on Tables to make up 8 finalists

ALL 1st Place getters and ALL Runner Ups are required to be at the FRATERNITY CLUB on Wednesday 10^th March for the FINALS DRAW.
Any team failing to make the meeting will not participate.
Out of the 7 runner ups only 1 will be drawn out to play in the FINAL 8........

If team is drawn out that played in pool then team will be placed into ¼ final featuring a non pool team.

Illawarra Amateur Football Association APWE Amateur Cup - Rules 2010

1. Teams competing must provide 1 match ball each
2. Teams competing must provide 1 linesperson each
   
3. Teams to pay $20 at Nomination plus teams to pay $20 per game day ($10 per Game) for referees for rounds 1&2 and 3&4 payable to the referee before the match along with your team sheet – BOTH TEAMS. No referee fees are payable on finals day.
4. 7 groups consisting of 5 teams
5. Each team plays 2 games per day with a total of 4 qualifying games.
6. 20mins halves with immediate turnaround at halftime.
7. Teams to be ready to play immediately when previous game completed.
8. Unlimited interchange of 20 players in preliminary rounds.
9. 16 REGISTERED interchange players only on finals day.
10. A player may only play for one team during knockout. Any player and club ignoring rule shall face the judiciary committee.
11. Winner of each group to advance to quarterfinals and also 1 runner up team drawn from a  hat. If even on points goal difference to decide placings. If still even the head to head will come into play. If still cant be split a coin toss will take place.
12. 4 points for a win. 2 points a scoredraw 1 point a scoreless draw. 0 points a loss
13. Quarter Finals and Semifinals and Final to be decided by penalty shootout if game is drawn after normal time.
14. Teams must have completed teamsheet for the referee prior to the game commencing.
15. If shortage of match officials (referees and linesmen)
    a. Referee- Team on draw mentioned first that played prior to provide referee
    b. linesmen- each team to provide 1 linesmen per game and officiate on opposing teams offence.
16. Draw for quarter final rounds will be made at Fraternity Club at 7.30pm on March 10th. Teams must have representatives at the draw. This is also a Mandatory Delegates Meeting.
17. Winner Presentations on March 13th will take place in the Albion Park White Eagles club house after the final.
18. PLAYERS WHO WERE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE ASSOCIATION LAST SEASON MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED and PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY! Players from last seasons registration will be eligible ONLY in the GROUP STAGE. Beyond the group stage ALL PLAYERS MUST BE FULLY PAID & REGISTERED by the IAFA. This means if you are playing in the Finals Day on March 13^th – ALL of your players MUST be Registered before Friday 12^th March 2010.
19. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL to be brought into the grounds where the pre-season cup games are being played as they are all Licensed grounds.
